Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp 100% Pure Maple Syrup Grade A Amber Color, Rich Taste
  • 1 Tbsp 100% Pure Maple Flakes

Instructions

  • Mix ¼ cup of cottage cheese, ¼ cup of Greek yogurt and 1 Tbsp of maple syrup in a blender.
  • Spread the mixture over a bowl of field berries, sprinkle with maple flakes and enjoy!
