Healthy Breakfast
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp 100% Pure Maple Syrup Grade A (Amber Color, Rich Taste)
- 1 Tbsp 100% Pure Maple Flakes
- Mix ¼ cup of cottage cheese, ¼ cup of Greek yogurt and 1 Tbsp of maple syrup in a blender.
- Spread the mixture over a bowl of field berries, sprinkle with maple flakes and enjoy!
